FERMENTATION:<\/h5>\nIn stainless steel vats with temperature control between 28\u00b0 and 30\u00b0C for 21 days.\n

TASTING NOTES:<\/h5>\nDecisively spicy with aromas of white pepper, cherry, plum, and herbaceous nose. The finish is fresh with notes of nuttiness.\n\nRound in the mouth, the acidity balanced by the sweetness of the tannins. The fruits were dark and red and brambly, wild berries still on the bush with a little summer dust ascent to them. With some time the leather and chocolate notes emerged over a very smooth rich velvety palate. Full-bodied but again with great harmony and the tannins were soft.\n
RECOMMENDED FOOD PAIRINGS:<\/h5>\nThis gorgeous Super Tuscan deserves a place of pride at your next event. You will start to look for excuses to drink a glass of Sustinet IGT whether it be a Sunday Roast or a Tuscan Ragu with Tagliatelle. The elegant European expression of spice in this Syrah works wonders with meats and all of their sauces.
