Grappa di Sustinet

Part of our grappe collection, this grappa is obtained through the distillation of the pomace from our prestigious 100% Syrah. It displays a lively personality, characterised by a wide range of aromas, from the typical notes of ripe red fruits to soft and pleasant herbaceous spicy flavours.

TASTING NOTES:

The nose expresses intense and refined aromas of cherry, plum, violet, and beeswax. On the palate, it is intense, pleasantly smooth and balanced. The finish is persistent with flavours of cherry, raspberry and hazelnut.
