Organic Ribe Rice Ennio – Tenuta San Carlo

This Organic Ribe Rice is dedicated to Ennio, the grandfather of Tenuta San Carlo’s owners, saw an opportunity to grow rice in the former marshlands of Maremma. In the sixties, Ennio and his wife Olga created the fields where Tenuta San Carlo grows its rice today.
Tenuta San Carlo dedicated its first Organic Ribe Rice to Ennio. Artisanally stone-milled, this rice is among the most versatile, and it is suitable for an endless variety of recipes: soups, salads and even desserts.
