Step into the heart of our Tuscan kitchen and learn the art of Italian baking with our Pizza & Schiacciata Cooking Class. This hands-on experience is a celebration of simplicity, flavor, and tradition—perfect for food lovers who want to discover the secrets behind two of Italy’s most iconic breads.

Our Chef will guide you through every step, from preparing the dough using stone-ground flour and natural yeast, to mastering the techniques of stretching, topping, and baking in a wood-fired oven. You’ll create your own crispy, golden pizza with seasonal toppings, and the classic Tuscan schiacciata—a rustic flatbread drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and fragrant herbs.

As your creations bake, sip on a glass of Conti di San Bonifacio organic wine and take in the aromas from the oven. Then, gather at the table to enjoy what you’ve made—warm, fresh, and straight from the hearth.

This class is more than a recipe—it’s a taste of Italian life, where good food, wine, and company come together in perfect harmony.
