Ragù alla maremmana

Our ragu traditional sauce ‘alla Maremmana’, cooked slowly following the traditional Tuscan recipe. Commonly served with pasta, we also love it in the lasagna or Italian crespelle!

Ingredients: veil meat, tomato, pork meat, carrots, celery, onions, red wines, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper.
