ARCHERY IN THE GARDENS

Spending time outside in nature is scientifically proven to enhance immunity,
reduce blood pressure and increase our ability to focus.

Archery offers similar health benefits to forest bathing, but adds the new dimensions of exercise, coordination and self-confidence. You will start with a lesson on the basics of field archery on a wooded hilltop after which you will head into the woods to experiment with instinctive shooting.
