GUIDED GENTLE YOGA HIKE AND ANCIENT OLIVE GROVE MEDITATION

Here at Conti di San Bonifacio we are falling in love with taking care of ourselves – mind, body and spirit.

This hour of self nurture will start with a guided instruction in the ancient Indian practice of Yoga Walking from a certified Kundalini teacher. Synchronising breath, meditation and walking you will discover an enhanced connection with nature and yourself.

This wellness activity includes a forest shower and tree hugging experience proven to enhance immunity, reduce blood pressure and increase our ability to focus. We finish with our 15 minute Olive Grove meditation. Many people meditate to mind and mend issues ranging from physical imbalances and burnout to emotional blocks and cognitive chaos. It’s a powerful tool for restoring balance.

 

The trail is a mild to moderate walk. Please bring water and wear supportive walking shoes.
