It also pairs well with Venetian dishes such as baccala, our salted cod, orthe array of fish and octopus plates served across the Veneto. Its lasting earthy elements and minerality work hand in hand with porcini mushrooms cooked in risottos or any of the seasonal funghi you can find. We have enjoyed highlighting the velvet chocolate undertones in this wine by opening a bottle with pudding or simply with chocolate.
