ORGANIC GARDEN

The Garden was planned and built to work hand in hand with our organic wines and organic olive oil on our estate in the Maremma. Our chefs treat vegetables, plants, flowers and herbs as the treasured ingredients to create original and delicious meals. The organic garden has now become a source of inspiration for new dishes.

We have also designed a ‘Conscious Cooking’ experience where we will share our knowledge on a wide variety of local herbs, edible flowers and seasonal vegetables. All of which you can gather, take to the kitchen and learn how to transform into a masterpiece.
